That may seem an odd title for a blog post. But it makes sense when you learn this is baby number 10 for this big happy family! I am so happy to have returned to this family’s home. I have now photographed babies nine and ten and love working with this beautiful family.

So lets start this post with a couple of maternity images from this Beautiful mom’s maternity session.

This little boy was such a prince. I loved photographing his BEAUTIFUL mom during her maternity session and looked forward to his birth and newborn photography session to meet him. Due to some baby discomfort, we had to photograph him twice. And at his second session, he slept……like a baby! He performed beautifully I couldn’t be happier with the images.

Newborn sessions are best held within the first 2 weeks. Sometimes there are issues that need to be worked out before a baby is comfortable and healthy enough to give us the most positive results. I only book so many newborn sessions per month for this very reason and because I am not interested in filling my calendar with back to back sessions, I can offer my clients a sense of peace that whatever issues may arise, I can be flexible enough to take care of them and their precious baby:)

This is a long overdue post! I have quite a backlog of posts for the blog. So, this session was for a very valued client. This was their third session with me and I was so happy to meet the latest precious girl to join their happy brood. The newest daughter was around 7 months and sitting comfortably on her own. This is a perfect time for a baby session. This client decided since her first daughter had a studio session as a baby, and her second daughter had an in-home session as a baby, that doing a combination of both for the third daughter would be a good idea. So that is exactly what we did! I love baby photography sessions. The sitting stage is so precious and one of my favorites to document. Enjoy the images!
